This event will provide an opportunity to experience the city's historic tea culture, traditional Japanese confectionery, and other captivating aspects of its culture.

Special talk event - About Matsue’s Attractiveness
Mr. Uesada, the Mayor of Matsue and Mr. Vincent, a director of the CCI France Japon, will talk about the charms of Matsue.
Japanese confectionery making experience
Mr. Karino from Saiundo, a Japanese confectionery shop in Matsue, will be the instructor, and you will have the opportunity to experience making Japanese confectionery.
Matcha making experience
Mr. Oshima from Sankoen, a Japanese tea shop in Matsue, will be the instructor, and you will have the opportunity to experience making Matcha.
Note: English will be used in the venue.
